2. Purchases and contract formation
By placing an order for a digital product on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a license to use that product. A contract is only formed when we accept your order by providing you with access to the digital download. We exclusively operate a guest-checkout system; you will not be asked or permitted to create a user account to complete a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.
3. Pricing and payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Depending on your location, prices may be subject to applicable taxes, including EU Value Added Tax (VAT). Payments are securely processed through our designated third-party payment gateway (Woo Payments/Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
4. Digital product delivery and licensing
We exclusively sell digital products (such as interactive PDFs and frameworks). Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access or a download link to your purchased product. Your purchase grants you a specific, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. The scope of your usage is strictly defined by the specific license (e.g., Personal License or Commercial License) attached to the product at the time of purchase. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyrights to you.
5. Refunds and cancellations
All rules regarding e-commerce digital product refunds, the EU right of withdrawal, and client service cancellations are governed by our dedicated Refund and returns policy. By purchasing our digital products or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in that separate policy.
6. Client services (agency/freelance)
In addition to digital products, we offer custom Client Services including UI/UX design, Branding, and Web Design. The following terms apply specifically to these services:
• Scope and revisions: All client projects are strictly bound by the scope of work outlined in the individual proposal or service agreement. Any requests outside of this scope, including additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount, will be billed at an additional hourly rate or a separate project fee.
• Project abandonment and kill-fees: If a client fails to communicate, provide required feedback, or supply necessary materials for a period exceeding 30 days without prior notice, the project will be considered abandoned. In the event of abandonment or client-initiated cancellation after work has commenced, a kill-fee will apply to cover the time and resources allocated, and any upfront deposits will be forfeited.
7. Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, Georgescu Alexandru Constantin Persoana Fizica Autorizata owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, digital downloads, and code. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

• Client service deliverables: For custom client services, the intellectual property rights to the final, agreed-upon deliverables are transferred to the client ONLY upon receipt of full and final payment of all outstanding invoices. Until full payment is cleared, we retain all rights, and any use of the un-paid designs by the client is strictly prohibited.
