Refund and returns policy

This Refund and Returns Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for the products and services offered by Georgescu Alexandru Constantin Persoana Fizica Autorizata ("we," "us," "our," "I," "me," or "my"), a registered sole proprietorship in Romania.
By purchasing any of our digital products or engaging our client services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. E-commerce (digital products)
We exclusively sell digital products, specifically interactive PDFs containing strategy and discovery session frameworks. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Because our digital products are delivered via immediate digital download or digital access upon successful payment, the following refund rules apply:
• 14-day satisfaction guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your digital product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. We offer this satisfaction guarantee in full compliance with the statutory EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
• How to request a refund: To request a refund, please contact us within the 14-day window using our contact form at AlexGeorgescuDesigner.com/#contact. Once processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
• License revocation: Please note that upon receiving a refund, your license (Personal or Commercial) to use the downloaded framework is immediately revoked. You must delete all copies of the files and you are no longer legally permitted to use the products for personal or client projects.
• Defective files: If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement file or resolve the issue.

2. Client services (agency/freelance)
For our custom client services - which include UI/UX design, Branding, and Web Design - refunds and cancellations are handled strictly according to the specific terms outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. However, the following standard policies generally apply:
• Non-refundable deposits: Most client service projects require an upfront deposit to secure your spot in our schedule and commence work. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Project abandonment and kill-fees: If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, or if the project is abandoned (e.g., failure to communicate or provide necessary materials within a stipulated timeframe), a kill-fee may apply, and no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
• Intellectual property transfer: Rights to any design work or deliverables are only transferred to the client upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices. No rights are transferred for cancelled or refunded projects.

3. Governing law & jurisdiction
This Policy, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any claims or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ramnicu Valcea, Valcea County, Romania.
